Procedure for igangsætning af forskningsprojekter med data fra DHR
Med henblik på opstart af forskningsprojekt med udtræk af data fra DHR skal der foreligge en protokol
med relevant fyldestgørende beskrivelse af projektet. Der skal desuden udfyldes ansøgningsskema via
www.rkkp-forskningsadgang.dk. Endvidere skal forskeren indhente tilladelse fra Datatilsynet til projektet

PROHIP Quality
PRO HIP Quality studiet undersøger om én dosis antibiotika er ligeværdig med multiple doser det første
postoperative døgn ved primær THA. Alle danske ortopædkirurgiske afdelinger, både offentlige og private,
deltager i projektet, hvilket gør det til det første komplette nationale ortopædkirurgiske studie. Inklusion
af patienter startede i september 2022, og pr. 1. december 2022 var alle afdelinger i gang. Status fra
afdelingerne er, at projektet kører efter planen. I efteråret 2023 vil der ske en overkrydsning, og
afdelingerne vil skifte standardinstrukser for antibiotikaprofylakse. Resultaterne fra projektet vil blive
præsenteret i 2025.
